Zero Tolerance Policy
At our dental practice, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all patients and staff.
To support this, we maintain a zero tolerance policy towards any form of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
This policy ensures that everyone can receive equal care in a professional and comfortable setting.
Polite Notice
For the safety and comfort of all our patients and staff, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times whilst visiting the dental practice.
This helps to prevent potential injuries and ensures a calm, welcoming environment, ensuring that your child can have a positive dental experience and look forward to future visits.
Our Cancellation Policy
If for any reason your appointment is no longer suitable,we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment to other patients who may be in urgent need of care.
Late cancellations or missed appointments can impact our ability to provide timely treatment to all.
Please note that failure to comply with this policy will incurr a minimum charge of £20.
